Though my home town is not a full-fledged town-it is just an upcoming town, in fact-we have got a super market  close by named `Sulabha’ the English equivalent of which is `a plenty of’. As the very name indicates a wide variety of commodities ranging from safety pin to the latest high-end electronic equip supermarket, I wonder if it fulfills all the norms of supermarket. IS GOOD FOOD HABIT IMPORTANT?

 IS GOOD FOOD HABIT IMPORTANT?
Well, In actual factif I think about it I guess that in many ways,   Particularly, when you think about the point that healthy diet in our daily life is crucial to maintaining physical fitness. Especially with regard to the point that good diet can help when it comes to preventing diseases like cholesterol, heart diseases not to mention obesity and diabetes /ˌdaɪəˈbiː.tiːz/Like for instance, supplementing dairy products in our daily diet can reduce bone related diseases such as osteoporosis, /ɒstɪəʊpəˈrəʊsɪs/ arthritis /ɑːˈθraɪtɪs/But you also have to understand that junk food,  with all its perceived shortcomings  such as  less nutritional value, high  salt and calories, notwithstanding,  is favourable to majority of people  particularly, the youngsters. It is next to impossible to resist the junk food temptation.  The reason has something to do with the fact that they  are affordable and delicious. In other words, they cost less and taste better !

At the same time if your doctor suggests not having junk food, you would rather not take it. Otherwise, I don’t think junk food, say, burger or potato chips largely pause no health concerns particularly, if you eat it in moderation. So, all things considered, I guess, healthy food habit is definitely important at the sometime you should not turn a blind eye to the popularity of junk food.
